A: A&P Mechanic Institute offers comprehensive airframe and powerplant (A&P) training, designed to provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become certified aircraft mechanics. Our training program covers all aspects of aircraft maintenance, including engine troubleshooting, electrical systems, sheet-metal fabrication, and airframe repair.

 

Q: How long does the A&P training program take to complete?

A: The A&P Mechanic Institute's A&P training program typically takes less than15 months for the day classes and 22 months for the night classes to complete, including both classroom instruction and hands-on training.

 

Q: What kind of certification can I earn at A&P Mechanic Institute?

A: Upon successful completion of the A&P training program, students are eligible for certification from the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). This certification allows individuals to work as aircraft mechanics in the United States or abroad.

 

Q: Can I get financing for the program?

A: Yes, we offer financing for those students that qualify.

 

Q: What does the program cost?

A: The total cost for the program is $36000.00.

 

Q: What’s included in the tuition?

A: All textbooks are included, and your written exams are included, and the oral and practical exams for the A&P certificates are included.

A:  $3,426.00.

A: Housing is not provided. Contact student services for general assistance in relocating.

A: We have new classes starting every 14 weeks or the day classes and every 22 weeks for the night classes. For the current start dates

A: Day Class-Monday thru Friday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM

    Night Class-Monday thru Friday 6:30 PM to 10:30 PM
